A deposit equal to the room rate will be processed on your credit card, and the balance will be collected at check in.
Lodging and meal packages have been arranged for this event, however, please note that only the room rate shows when booking lodging online. Meal plan cost is $29.00 per person, per day and includes 3 meals a day on the American Meal Plan. This cost is in addition to the room rate. Meal packages begin with dinner on arrival through lunch on departure.
