Please remember the dates for this event are arriving Tuesday April 6 and checking out Friday April 9. The number of adults in the room should reflect anyone 12 years of age and over. A deposit will be charged to your credit card of either $35.00 per person or 1 night room rate, whichever amount is less. The balance of payment will be collected on arrival.
Meals come packaged with your stay when booking reservations in the Terrace Hotel or the Lambuth Inn. The meal package cost is $29.00 per person for each 3 meals starting with dinner on the night of arrival through lunch on the day of departure, in addition to the cost for lodging. The meal plan is optional when lodging in all facilities other than Terrace Hotel and Lambuth Inn. Meal tickets can be purchased while on campus, with no prior reservations. Children between 6 and 11 years of age receive meals at half price, 5 years of age and under eat free.
