Many of us compartmentalize our lives, and as a result we often separate our work lives (career paths) from our spiritual ones (faith journeys). As a general rule Sunday tends to be our “faith journey” time and weekdays our “career path” time. This is not consistent with God’s plan for us as individuals; God wants full custody not just on the weekend! A bridge is needed to connect these two aspects of our lives and make us whole.

MISSION STATEMENT
The BRIDGING THE GAP program seeks to assist leaders in various careers and settings to put their faith into action as they honor God through their work and, additionally, to challenge local churches to champion Christian leadership development.
