The privately owned rental houses, apartments, and cottages managed by the Lake Junaluska Conference Center are rented year round. Units are rented Sunday (check in at 4pm)-to-Sunday (check out not later than 10am). Daily and weekend rates are available only during the current week until after the end of October. No daily/weekend advanced reservations are accepted. During the off season (November through May) you may rent with a two night minimum.
All units are furnished with stove, refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils, color/cable TV, blankets, bedspreads, pillows. Small electrical appliances are furnished as indicated in individual Unit description. NOTE: Linens (sheets, pillow-cases, towels & wash cloths), and paper are NOT furnished.
We are currently offering a Linen Service Rental, for an additional fee. Please contact the Cottage Rental Office for more details.
Please observe the NO Smoking--NO Pets rules at Lake Junaluska Cottage Rental properties. Also make sure that you are familiar with Assembly & Rental Office standard rules & regs as stated in your rental contract.
