Ed Pienkosz, holds a master’s in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Community Health Improvement from Eastern Michigan University. He has worked in health and wellness for 25 years, during which he has held leadership and development positions for two national hospital systems, a national health and wellness company, as well as founded an entrepreneurial venture focused on the improved well-being of families and children. He lectures on a range of topics related to balanced, healthful living, and is a former professional triathlete.
Currently Mr. Pienkosz serves as the h ealth and wellness outreach manager of the Center for Health under the auspices of the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits. The mission of the Center for Health is to improve the well-being of clergy and lay workers of the United Methodist Church.
