Smoky Mountain Folk Festival

The 47th Annual Smoky Mountain Folk Festival will offer two nights of  traditional music and dance from the Southern Appalachian Region. Both nights will include a rich variety of the region's finest fiddlers, banjo players, string bands, ballad singers, buck dancers, and square dance teams as well as the marvelous sounds of dulcimer, harmonica, jew's harp, bagpipes, spoons, saws, and folk ensembles. Handel's Messiah Concert

Messiah is an baroque-era music composition for orchestra, choir, and soloists composed by George Frideric Handel in 1741-42.
