The course will examine the basic principles in building and directing a staff team in the Mid-Size church.From one part-time office person to several full-time ministry staff, the multi-staff environment is both challenging andrewarding. Building and leading a staff team begins with the vision which is translated into the “best practices” of recruiting, hiring,guiding, and evaluating teameffectiveness.In addition, the course will offer ideas and sample templates for job descriptions, contract letters, staff handbooks, evaluation models, and other important processes.
