The SHIFTS Process: A New Network Experience

Introducing the new SHIFTS Process! Based on "SHIFTS: Guiding the Congregation Toward Effectiveness," the new SHIFTS network is designed to help groups of churches connect with each other and their communities, while discovering the practices that will best promote growth and create disciples along with the guidance of a certified professional coach. Next Step Ministry

Using the Gospel to reach new people for Jesus Christ by taking Next Steps in missional ministry. Through a 14-month process, congregation leadership teams will work with certified coaches to help connect with their communities and become empowered. Through these connections, congregations can take Next Steps to build relationships with others outside the church walls and to bring new people to the Kingdom of God. Read More.

John Philip Newell is a poet, peacemaker, and scholar from Edinburgh who has written over 15 books and is a leading expert on Celtic Spirituality. The weekend will include 4 sessions with John Philip, Taize Worship, and creative workshops. Read more
