The Intentional Growth Center at Lake
Junaluska is the pioneer in Transition-Intentional Interim Ministry Training
which continues to offer the training at its finest. IGC is recognized by the
General Board of Higher Education and Ministry as a TIIMS provider. In the past
12 years IGC has conducted more than 50 training seminars, preparing nearly
500-plus United Methodist Pastors for this ministry.
Through our distance learning classes, the Intentional Growth Center offers “connected” learning, coaching, and support for ministry. The classes use telephone conferencing and/or an Internet based visual presentation technology so that you can participate from the comfort of your home or office saving the expense of travel and room and board. The telephone technology we use allows for interactive discussions including processing the material through small group discussion.
Time Away Individual Retreat is a place for falling in love with living and reconnecting with God. More and more clergy and laity are recognizing the value of a time away for rest and renewal.
