2 nights lodging at Lake Junaluska Conference & Retreat Center
2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 dinner
a self-directed Big Creek adventure hike
a half-day rafting adventure on the Pigeon River (available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday)
Sleep in at Lake Junaluska and awake refreshed for your fun-filled day. You and your group will enjoy a bountiful breakfast buffet prior to departing for a scenic hike along Big Creek in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with the added twist of group and individual challenges along the way. Following the hike complete the short drive to Wildwater's outpost for your rafting adventure down the Pigeon River. A personal guide will lead each raft as you splash down 5 miles of Class III-IV rapids. Once you have experienced the exhiliration of running the rapids, you and your group will have the opportunity to trade your rafting gear for a climbing helmet and harness as you challenge Wildwater's climbing wall. To complete your day Wildwater will provide a hearty barbeque dinner served at their Riverside Pavilion.
