REGISTRATION RATES (Through April 30, 2013)

• $30.00    Chaperone (includes program book, worship and evening concerts only)
• $25.00    Facility Fee for those not staying in Lake Junaluska Housing (included in all on-site Lake Junaluska housing rates)

Online and Advanced Registration

You may pay by credit card or print an invoice for payment by check. Individuals may request a “paper registration form” by calling (800) 952-8977, emailing (Email), or downloading the form HERE. Group leaders should register online and make payments for all registrations within the group.

After April 30, there is a $30.00 per person registration increase.

FREE Chaperone Registration - One complimentary chaperone registration per 10 youth or children registrations in a group reservation.

FREE 2014 Registration - Receive one complimentary registration for the 2014 event for every 10 paid registrations for 2013. Pay for 10 registrations and get 1 free registration in 2014. A coupon good for the 2014 registration will be given to you at the event in 2013.

REFUNDS: Refunds are available prior to June 1, 2013, for registrations that must be cancelled. All refunds will be made by check. Appropriate cancellation forms must be completed before June 1, 2013, to be eligible for a refund. There will be no refunds made after June 1, 2013.

Full payment is not due at the time of registration, however a $30 non-refundable deposit (per registrant) is required at the time of registration. All balances for registrations made prior to May 1, 2013 must be paid in full by May 15, 2013 or the registrations are subject to cancellation. Registrations made May 1, 2013 or after require full payment via credit card at the time of reservation. Space in a particular program is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
