Lodging information:
The cost for lodging and meals package is $171 (which includes 3 nights stay and 9 meals).
To reserve lodging before May 26:
- Under "Group Reservation" enter Group Number 500856 here
- Select the exact dates of your event (July 26-29) and click "Continue"
- Reserve the room type of your choice.
- Call 800.222.4930 if you have questions.
To reserve lodging AFTER May 26:
After May 26, please click here and select the dates of your event. The group number will no longer apply after this date.
Meals:
Lodging and meal packages are arranged for this event, however, please note that only the room rate shows when booking lodging online. The meal plan for this event is $90 per person for 3 nights, which includes 9 meals (Meals are required.) Meals tickets can be purchased while on campus, with no prior reservations.
