Please remember the dates for this event arriving Friday July 29 and checking out Sunday July 31. The number of adults in the room should reflect anyone 12 years of age and over. Please note that the room rate shown when booking online, and on your confirmation letter is the room rate only.
Meals come packaged with your stay when booking reservations in the Terrace Hotel and Lambuth Inn. The meal package cost is $29.00 per person for each 3 meals starting with dinner on the night of arrival through lunch on the day of departure, in addition to the cost for lodging. The meal plan is optional when lodging in all facilities other than Terrace Hotel and Lambuth Inn. Meals tickets can be purchased while on campus, with no prior reservations. Children between 6 and 11 years of age receive meals at half price, 5 years of age and under eat free.
