Lake Junaluska SURGE Youth Events Speaker

Tim Reaves is Lead Pastor of Pine Valley United Methodist Church in Wilmington, NC.  He has served on the Conference Connectional Table, the NC Conference Commission on Evangelism, and now is serving on the NC Conference Board of Ordained Ministry. Tim received his M.Div. at Duke Divinity School, and his D.Min. at Hood Theological Seminary. In addition to his pastoral ministry he has had the opportunity to preach numerous revivals and youth events throughout the conference and Southeastern Jurisdiction.

Lake Junaluska SURGE Youth Events:

Renew soul, mind, and body this summer at Lake Junaluska, celebrating 100 years of ministry! Join us for a spiritual formation event in the beautiful North Carolina mountains. We provide a morning and evening assembly led by summer staff and guest leadership. The morning session is followed by workshops on a variety of discipleship skills, spiritual growth, and content of interest to youth and youth workers. An optional mission component can be added to any group package for no additional cost. Program is geared towards rising 6th graders through High School seniors.
