Please note that the room rate that shows when booking online and on your confirmation letter is the room rate only, meals are an additional cost. The number of adults entered in the room should reflect anyone 12 years of age and over, anyone under 12 should be entered as a child. A deposit equal to either 35.00 per person or one night lodging rate will be charged to your credit card and this will be reflected on your confirmation. Please fill in on the comments line that you are attending the WNC Annual Conference. Meal Information:
During the WNC Annual Conference you will be on the modified meal plan. When you check in, you will fill out a form to select your meals, and your meal ticket will be issued at this time. The meal package cost is $30.00 per person for 3 consecutive meals. Prices for individual meals are $9.00 for breakfast, $11.00 for lunch and $13.00 for dinner. Children 6 through 11 years of age receive meals at half price, 5 years of age and under eat free.
