Deposit & Payment Policy
To make a reservation, a $75 per person deposit plus a $150.00 per group refundable damage deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days require full payment at the time of reservations.
Cancellation/Change Policy
Cancellations made 15 days or greater from the first night’s lodging receive a full refund minus $30 per person processing fee. Cancellations 2 to 14 days prior to the first night’s lodging will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations 0 to 1 day before first night’s lodging. A Change fee of $15 per person will be charged for changing event dates after your group has booked if not due to weather or road conditions or situations beyond the control of Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center.
