Lake Junaluska Golf Course Improvements

Improvements at the Lake Junaluska Golf Course

We are aerifying our greens to promote good health. We have also sprayed out the broad leafs (weeds) in some fairways that have turned the grass brown for the short term. We have aerified these fairways, seeding them with a blue grass/rye mix that should bring a more premium playing condition. Also, you will notice a lot more detail work being done, with new sand in the bunkers on #9 and #18, and  pruning and trimming of vegetation.

Please pardon our future progress as we move forward with providing better conditions, to create a better playing experience for our golfers. A large portion of this work is being done by charitable giving to the course. If you would like to learn more about our vision and how you can help, contact our development department at Lake Junaluska at www.lakejunaluska.com/support or 828-454-6749.
