Rise and shine for breakfast at the Lakeside Bistro! Located on the third floor of The Terrace Hotel at Lake Junaluska, the Bistro offers scenic indoor and outdoor dining with a patio overlooking the lake. The Bistro is open daily and serves a breakfast buffet featuring items such as fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs (scrambled or hard-boiled), bacon, sausage, grits or oatmeal, french toast or waffles, pastries or muffins, coffee, and an assortment of juices.
For Lake Junaluska lodging guests, present your meal ticket at the door to enjoy the breakfast buffet. For lodging guests without a meal ticket, or the general public, please pay at the door. Cash or credit card will be accepted at the entrance of the Bistro.
The Bistro also offers an ideal setting for meaningful family gatherings as well as festive banquets, receptions and events. When groups are being served in the Bistro for lunch or dinner, the public is welcome to purchase a meal.
Before or after breakfast, guests are invited to stroll the lakeside Rose Walk, explore Lake Junaluska’s many gardens or enjoy views from Inspiration Point.
Location/Directions: The Lakeside Bistro is on the third floor of The Terrace hotel, which is located at 689 N. Lakeshore Drive in Lake Junaluska, North Carolina. Guests are invited to park at no charge along the Rose Walk on North Lakeshore Drive or the top of Terrace Drive, come in the hotel's main entrance and go to the third floor.

The Lakeside Bistro will host a special barbecue buffet Sunday, July 4, from 12-8 p.m. as part of Lake Junaluska's Independence Day Celebrations. The buffet will feature pulled pork, coleslaw, baked beans, salad bar, corn on the cob, green beans, mac & cheese, brioche buns, pasta salad, and assorted desserts including fresh fruit and fruit cobbler. Iced tea, lemonade and water included.
Dine-in with us or walk through the line and make a to-go plate. The cost of the meal is $18/adult and $7/child 12 and younger.
The Lakeside Bistro has transitioned to provide a daily hot breakfast buffet for lodging guests and
the general public, beginning June 21. It is no longer operating as an order-off-the-menu restaurant.
