Beautification Days

Keeping the gardens beautiful and thriving at Lake Junaluska is a large but rewarding task, and volunteers are an important part of that effort. This October, everyone is invited to join the Lake Junaluska landscaping team on Wednesdays from 9–11 a.m. for Fall Beautification Days.

Volunteers can sign up for a single morning or for multiple mornings and should meet at the following places: the Memorial Chapel parking lot on October 6, The Terrace Hotel parking lot on October 13, the Welcome Center parking lot on October 20, and the Lambuth Inn parking lot on October 27. 

Masks will not be required since work will be outdoors, but social distancing will be practiced. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own tools and gloves. Cold bottled water will be provided for all participants.
