Over two days, participants will enjoy engaging preaching and energizing worship! Lake Junaluska offers incredible winter programming where groups can customize their experience by choosing to ski or do mission work during their time at the lake.
Speaker: Emily Roach (Left): Emily served 8 years as a full-time Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministries at Lewisville (NC) UMC, two summers as a Lead Program Coordinator for Carolina Cross Connection, and many years with CCYM, Chrysalis, Emmaus, and Young Life. She has a BA in Youth Ministry and Christian Education from Pfeiffer University. Her passion is loving youth and relating to them in a unique way. Currently, she takes any opportunity she can get to be with youth and encourage them along their journey. She is pursuing her dream of using her passion and gifts to be a certified Youth Ministry Coach for churches who do not have full-time youth workers, and to assist those youth workers that need a friendly face to walk with them in ministry.
Worship Band: Cameron Moore (Right): Cameron Moore is an Indie Singer/Songwriter from Charlotte, NC. He released his debut EP in 2014 while a student at UNC Asheville. After signing with Dream Records in 2017, Moore released his sophomore album, Alpenglow (available on all platforms), at the beginning of 2018. Moore has performed and led worship at venues, churches, and conferences all across the eastern US. Moore is currently the Coordinator of Contemporary Worship and Arts at Myers Park Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, NC.
