Once you have a contract with Lake Junaluska Group Sales, your assigned conference coordinator will work closely with our team to fulfill your room setup, media, and IT requests. Meeting Services’ guiding principle is hospitality and service. Our goal is to supply you with everything you need for an exceptional event experience.
ROOM SETUP & SERVICES
Whichever meeting venue you’ve booked, we’ve got your room setup and any related needs covered. We provide tables and chairs for meetings, workshops, banquets, and presentations as well as audio and visual equipment, worship supplies. Accessories available include but are not limited to table draping and skirting, podiums, white boards and extension cords. We also provide on-site transportation in the form of a large Trolley, Cherokee IV Pontoon Boat, and Mini Bus Tours.
Lake Junaluska offers a full-service audio/video production department offering high quality recordings of conferences, worship services, and other events. Stuart Auditorium is our main facility although we often work in Shackford Auditorium and other on-site venues. We provide media support in all facilities throughout the year.
We provide equipment such as video projectors, flat screen TVs, and speakers and microphones, as well as media technician services. We also sell high quality MP3s, DVDs, or CDs of each recorded session at media.lakejunaluska.com. Please note that in accordance with copyright law, copyrighted music cannot be recorded or sold.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)
The IT department at Lake Junaluska provides technical support for guests and staff alike. Our IT professionals provide phone lines and handsets, conference phones, wired data connections, and networking equipment. They also maintain the guest wireless network.
