The health, safety and welfare of our guests and staff is of utmost importance. During this time of heightened public health concern, Lake Junaluska has implemented enhanced cleaning, sanitation and social distancing processes pursuant to guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and other leading health and industry experts. Lodging currently available at Lake Junaluska includes The Terrace hotel and vacation rentals. The campground will have a limited reopening to RV campers on Friday, May 22.
In addition, given the unique circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we are committed to helping our guests book with confidence by providing the travel flexibility to cancel their reservations up to 24 hours in advance.
Tables have been placed six feet apart (from the backs of chairs) to comply with social distancing requirements, with no more than six guests seated at a table.
Tables also are available on The Terrace Bistro balcony, offering outdoor seating with a stunning view of Lake Junaluska.
Signs have been installed at The Terrace Bistro entrance reminding guests to maintain social distancing. There are also marked indicators to help guests observe 6 feet of distance while waiting in line.
When interacting with the guests, The Terrace Bistro staff will practice social distancing and will wear masks and gloves for specific tasks.
Along with changing gloves between tasks, staff will practice enhanced hand hygiene by washing hands with soap or using hand sanitizer on a regular basis.
All hard surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between all guest seatings as well as at the beginning and end of every shift and frequently throughout the day.
Guests will be seated only at tables that have been thoroughly sanitized.
Given the unique circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we are committed to providing guests the flexibility to cancel reservations up to 24 hours before their arrival. To make or update a lodging reservation, call 828-222-4930 or email email@example.com.
